Off-road Driving Programs
Introduction to Off-road driving skills
Our Introduction course is the foundation that will teach you the theory of tackling obstacles and plenty of opportunity to try it for yourself. You'll learn how to get the most out of your Land Rover, or other 4x4 vehicles, and make progress safely in difficult conditions.
Intermediate Off-road Handling
Our intermediate Level 1 Familiarisation course follows on from the techniques learned on the Introduction course and provides a half day of practical tips and valuable time behind the wheel navigating your way through and over obstacles. You'll leave knowing how to safely handle a Land Rover Off-road, assess obstacles and make controlled progress.
Advanced Off-road Driving
Master the skills required to drive in the most challenging conditions including the techniques you need to get through demanding situations. Our Advanced courses are open to guests who have completed the Intermediate course. Available courses include Level 2 Advanced Off-road Familiarisation, Sand Driving and Sand Recovery, the Defender and Discovery Recovery Course and the Trailer Handling course. Minimum booking required of 3 vehicles per training session.
His & Her Handy Off-road Programs:
For the Ladies, Runaway under the Bonnet - Our motto is "be safe, be legal" and we are keen to pass on our knowledge about keeping your vehicle well maintained and in a safe and roadworthy condition. Ladies will have hands-on demonstrations regarding checking tyre pressure, tread and fluid levels including oil and water, changing a tyre and basic vehicle maintenance.
For the Gents, "BOS" Mechanics Course - This course is designed around the most technical questions asked by Land Rover owners. It is both a theoretical and practical course, including: change of fuel filter, fanbelt change, handbrake emergency release and many more.
All our off-road training programs are conducted by accredited, qualified and professional Land Rover Experience instructors.
Our responsibility is also to inform and encourage fellow 4x4 enthusiasts to enjoy their Off-road adventures in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
